Owning and developing property in the West Loop since 1994 Red Sky Capital, is a Chicago based real estate investment company that acquires, develops and repurposes properties in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. We are attracted to projects that allow for the preservation of historic qualities and the opportunity to redevelop unique buildings into Class A office lofts, retail and restaurant space.
Meet the Red Sky Capital Team
STEVEN GREENBERG
Principal
Steven is a founding partner of Red Sky Capital and has spent the last 25 years redeveloping mixed-use, commercial and industrial properties throughout in Chicago’s West Loop and Near West Side.
Steven leads the creative Red Sky team to build-to-suit properties to match a tenant’s unique specifications. Red Sky’s team is dedicated to designing vibrant spaces to meet the budgets and desired vision of its clients.
Steven received a MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in International Relations from Boston University.
MARC BOMBICINO
Office & Retail Leasing Inquiries
From CONLON Commercial, a real estate company that exclusively services the commercial sector Marc has 9 years of commercial real estate experience. Marc has executed over millions of dollars of closed sales and leasing transactions.
Marc specializes in investment sales, net lease investments, ownership and tenant/landlord representation for office, industrial retail properties, and development/sites.
Marc spent the first 10 years of his career in residential real estate before transitioning in 2011 to a full time commercial broker with a focus on establishing long term relationships with buyers tenant rep and building owners.
JAKE GREENBERG
Principal
Jake is responsible for general management of various construction and development projects. In addition, his responsibilities have included lease negotiations and property performance and sourcing new acquisitions.
Jake is currently a Director of the West Loop Community Organization, a Director and Officer for a multi-use condominium building HOA as well as a member of the Madison Row advisory committee.
Prior to joining Red Sky Capital, he was at Abbott Laboratories. Jake graduated from University of Rochester with degrees in Biology and Biomedical Engineering.
STACY GREENBERG
Principal
Stacy is a founding partner of Red Sky Capital and is responsible for all accounting, tax and human resources.
Prior to founding Red Sky Capital, Stacy owned and operated a corporate marketing & brand promotion company. Stacy brings her past experience in brand promotion to help deliver an exciting product to Red Sky’s clients.
Stacy received her Masters from National Lewis University and her Bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
ELIZABETH BOMBICINO
Executive Vice President
Liz oversees operations for the firms multi-use, commercial and industrial portfolio. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations, development and support of our construction, maintenance and on-site teams.
In addition Liz is responsible for Red Sky’s lease negotiations, property management and tenant relations.
Liz received her BA in Merchandise Management from FIT.
